2007 Spring CCAA SAAC Workshop
On June 2-3, CCAA SAAC outgoing presidents and incoming presidents gathered for a two-day workshop. On Saturday, the student-athletes participated in the CCAA Sportsmanship Workshop, attended by the Director of Athletics, two coaches, and the two SAAC representatives from each institution. They participated in many exercises directed by Dr. Alan Patterson, Chair of the NCAA Committee on Sportsmanship and Ethical Conduct. After dinner, the group participated in a round-table discussion in which they gave updates on their campus SAACs. They shared their volunteer activities and discussed both successful projects and challenges. Sunday comprised of the business meeting.

2006 Fall CCAA SAAC Workshop
On October 21-22, CCAA SAAC Presidents and Advisors gathered for a two-day workshop. On Saturday, the organization Athletes to Business presented to the entire group. They had the student-athletes participate in career search exercises. Following the presentation, Cal State Dominguez Hills' Assistant AD and SAAC Advisor Lamel Harris led the student-athletes through leadership activities and exercises. After dinner, the group participated in a round-table discussion in which they gave updates on their campus SAACs. They shared their volunteer activities and discussed both successful projects and challenges. Sunday comprised of the formal SAAC meeting.

CCAA SAAC Community Service Activity Spring 2005
The CCAA SAAC performed a community service activity at their 2005 Spring CCAA SAAC Meeting in Rohnert Park, California, home of Sonoma State University. On June 4, two SAAC representatives from each CCAA institution went bowling with Saturday Sidekicks, a group of children ages 13 and up with disabilities or special needs of any kind. This event was a great success and was fun for both the student-athletes and the children.
