Cal State San Marcos' Braeden Koran Claims CCAA Golfer of the Week Award
SAN RAMON – Cal State San Marcos Braeden Koran snagged the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Men's Golfer of the Week Award for the week of Mar. 15-21.
A junior from Fallbrook, Koran shot two over-par 218 to finish in a tie for fourth and as the top CCAA golfer at the Cal Baptist Invitational earlier this week.
Koran shot rounds of 71-76-71 and totaled 11 birdies to lead the Cougars to a seventh place team finish.
