Warriors' Jahaan Nargussi Earns First-Ever CCAA Golfer of the Week Nod
SAN RAMON – Stanislaus State sophomore Jahaan Nargussi was named the California Collegiate Athletic Association Men's Golfer of the Week for the week of Mar. 9-15.
Nargussi was the only player to shoot an under-par score at the NDNU Invitational at the Poppy Ridge Golf Course in Livermore.
The Loomis product shot a three-round score of 215, earning himself individual medalist honors. Nargussi started the event with a under-par 71 in round one and followed it with a 72 in the second and final rounds.
