Pioneers' Adam Stone Snags Second CCAA Golfer of the Week Award
SAN RAMON – Cal State East Bay senior and defending 2016 CCAA Individual Medalist Adam Stone snagged his second California Collegiate Athletic Association Mens' Golfer of the Week honor this season after finishing in a tie for fifth at the Annual Cal State Monterey Bay-hosted Otter Invitational at Bayonet Golf Course on Tuesday afternoon.
Stone was the top CCAA finisher after shooting rounds of 71-72-72 for a 54-hole total of 215 (-1).
The Garstang, England product led the Pioneers to fourth place team finish and to a second place finish among the six CCAA squads.
