Seawolves' Justin Shluker Wins Sonoma State Invite, Named CCAA Golfer of the Week

SAN RAMON – Sonoma State senior Justin Shluker captured individual medalist honors at the Seawolves annual invitational en route to earning his first California Collegiate Athletic Association Golfer of the Week award this season. 

The Park City, Utah native fired a season-low 66 to finish atop the leaderboard and with a three-round score of 205 (-11) that paced his team to its fourth-straight Sonoma State Invitational victory. 

Shluker's 54-hole total of 205 is the second-lowest score in program history and is the third lowest individual tournament scored in the 14-year history of the SSU men's golf program.

As a team, the Seawolves finished with a seven under-par 857 to finish ahead of runner-up Cal State East Bay by 20 strokes and five other Division II teams.
